LR doesn't provide any builtin features to do this. But at least 3 plugins provide that capability: Metadata Extensions,Data Explorer, and Any Filter.

The leak appears to have effected others, but it may be unrelated to the crashing - Creative Cloud for Mac (latest version) has a "leak" error
