Is there a logout button in PSE12 Help menu item? If it is there then
al;l; you need to do is to logout from PSE12 and the product will be
deactivated automatically. Make sure you are online when you logout so
that Adobe servers can make a note of your logging out.
There is also a chat line to help you but first try the automatic method.
