* I've run tests on the disk and RAM, no errors or bad sectors, and there are no problems with any other programs.
* Not sure which utility you are referring to?
* Would it be bad fonts if it happens one time with one font, never again with that font, and then happens again months later with an entirely different font?
* I'm not sure which OS cache you would be referring to in Windows, but we could try replacing FNTCACHE.DAT to see if that is the issue.
The question is, why is this something that happens sporadically?
