If SEO is your main need, then exporting as fixed layout epub, and cracking open the file, is probably the best bet.
It won't be an editable table, but the text will be there in some form.
in5 will include some of the table text in the alt tag, which will help SEO, but the epub export will probably give you more SEO mileage.
