some not  all connection problems are found when MS Oct put up an Win. 81. download, it reset many routers.

this was the fix, and yes, my computer  is much faster that  I  did this. Do not use this  unless u know what u are doing..

1. Run cmd.exe as an administrator
2. Type "netsh winsock reset", and then press enter
3. Restart PC

Also, before doing  this check with many webpages or sites u trust that should give u this as  a type of connection solution.
