I have to agree, the English page says
- Work with PDF files on the go: Create, combine, or export PDFs using your browser or mobile device
I think this is an error, but I'd like to hear from someone else about this.
I suggest you post in the forum for Acrobat online services Adobe Acrobat.com Services Be sure to include the reference to the Adobe page claiming you will get the service....
