Every time I try to make changes to my keyboard shortcuts, it is giving me an error message that reads, "Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended. Could not complete the Keyboard Shortcuts command because the file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file. Use the "Properties" command in the Windows Explorer to unlock the file."
I have no idea what that means. At all. I've tried different things, nothing.
As far as I can tell by a basic google search, this isn't a problem anybody's encountered since the beginning of the internet, so I guess I have that going for me.
