If you are referring to Photoshop Album Starter Edition, unlocking codes are no longer available (we aren't able to generate them because the app was discontinued several years ago).
Uninstall the program using the uninstaller. Your 'import' created links to the files on your drive, but did not 'ingest' the files themselves; they remain on the drive where they originally existed, so even without access to the Starter Edition app, the files remain accessible in Windows Explorer.
