There will be no CS7.
Effective CS6, Adobe has discontinued perpetually licensed products in favour of the Cloud subscription model. CS6 (version 8.) is the last of the perpetually licensed versions and is no longer being updated by Adobe, apart from maybe the occasional security fix.

The only way to get the new versions (CC (version 9) and CC 2014 (version 10) is to join the Cloud and pay the monthly membership fee.
