I own CS2, and my machine quit working. The replacement machine has no optical drive.

I can't seem to be able to address this issue with Adobe customer service.

 

It's an endless loop of referrals to FAQs and forums, with no way to submit an email to them?

 

Am I missing something?

 

It seems like they should be able to set up a download or something so I can actually USE their program, which I spent $500 on, on mjy new machine.

 

Frustrating.
